Arrival and departure:

Holiday with your dog in Serfaus - Fiss - Ladis:
Holidays with dogs are becoming increasingly important. After all, you wouldn't want to spend the best time of the year without your four-legged friend. You've found your perfect travel destination at Jenny's Schlössl - well-behaved dogs of all sizes are welcome with us. An unforgettable relaxing holiday with your dog awaits you in Serfaus. The countless walking and hiking trails in sunny Serfaus - Fiss - Ladis are ideal for letting your dog run out. You are welcome to take your four-legged friend with you to the terrace, bar and lounge. The wellness area and the dining room are not accessible for your dog. We ask for your understanding. We charge €15.00 per day for your dog (without food)
Underground parking spaces:
You can park your car in our underground car park, provided there are enough spaces available.
Terms of payment:
The bill can be paid in cash, with a bank card or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Please clarify the availability of your card abroad before you go on holiday.
Cancellation:
In the event of cancellation, the Austrian hotel regulations apply. In the event of late arrival or early departure, the booked arrangement will be charged. In the Austrian Hotel Regulations under point 5.4, the accommodation provider can also withdraw from the contract for non-objective reasons.
Insurance:
We recommend insuring your stay with our partner "„Europäische Reiseversicherung“.
