Rooms are available from 2:30 p.m. on arrival day. We kindly ask you to check out before 10:00 a.m. on your day of departure.

Surcharges and discounts:

The local tax of € 2,60 per person (16yrs and older) and day is charged extra.

Holidays with your dog in Serfaus – Fiss - Ladis.

Spending the holidays with the dog is getting more and more important for many people because of course you don’t want to spend the best time of the year without your four-legged friend.

With Jennys Schlössl, you have found the perfect destination – well-behaved dogs of all sizes are more than welcome in our house. You can look forward to an unforgettable, relaxing holiday with your dog in Serfaus. The holiday region Serfaus – Fiss – Ladis awaits you with countless walking and hiking trails for the daily exercise of your dog.

You are welcome to take your dog to our terrace, bar and lounge, but in the spa and sunbathing area pets don’t have access. We also thank you for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in all the dining areas in our Schlössl. We charge € 15,00 per day for your dog (dog food not included).

Surcharges and discounts:

If enought space, you can park your car in our underground car park.

Reservations and payment:

Your reservation is binding aft er you pay the deposit with a bank draft payment The hotel bill can be paid with cash or ATM card. If you are an international guest, please consult your bank if your card is valid abroad.

Cancellations:

In case of a cancellation, late arrival or early departure, default fees will be charged according to Austrian hotel regulations.

Insurances:

We recommend a travel cancellation insurance with our partner "Europäische Reiseversicherung" .
